This site is for all American citizens who have an interest in defending against DUI Arrests, modifying and/or removing offensive DUI laws and corresponding penalties and treatments. We are one big family who is open to all opinions for against and everywhere in between. Our mission is to develop new defense strategies that win!

This site shares all relevant articles, videos and news concerning DUI and cop abuse. Your comments and submissions are critical to all. We want to see your videos as well as any and all videos shared from other platforms such as YouTube. We will list all links on this site. We welcome all relevent sites and organizations to link to us and utilize our articles.

You are encouraged to submit your articles to our editors. You are encouraged to submit all news articles and blogs you may find, to this site. We will list them and regularly feature selected submissions. We want your personal stories and vids as well. Your input is valuable to many others. What were your arrest, prosecution, penalty and punishment experiences. There are many incredibly outrageous experiences. Win, lose or draw – they need to be listed here!

Contributing editors and writers: If you have article ideas, we welcome your contributions. Would you like to write a monthly column? Would you like to edit article submissions? Start with us now voluntarily and remuneration will be forthcoming.

Universities, law professors, students, student clubs and groups: We want to see your work and publish it here. If you have done studies, research, term papers, class projects on these topics – please do share what you have. Your participation is invaluable. We are in need of research involving all areas including state by state statistics concerning arrests, punishments, traffic accidents and deaths. We are in need of official figures concerning all areas of the business of DUI laws and enforcement. Constitutional issues? Investigative reporters?

Media: In an era of over policing and excessive punishment, The time has come to give attention to the other side of DUIs. Cover the devastating damage and death to law abiding citizens all across this Nation as a result of DUI enforcement and their related punishments. What truly is the darkest side of DUI?

Politicians and law makers: Time to take a closer look at DUI and all of its connotations. Is all of this increasing enforcement and the costs involved, truly benefiting the public at large?

Judicial and Law Enforcement: We welcome any and all input. Everything is up for debate. How many judges fully support all of the laws and punishments? Are you incriminating and punishing true criminals? Cops and ex-cops, what do you have to say? Perhaps you would like to share inside info on the inner workings of enforcement procedures in precincts big and small across the nation?

Organizations: We want to link with all organizations involved with truth and justice for people. Racism issues are certainly relatable. Copism as well,(abusive cops are equal opportunity oppressors). They discriminate against all colors and creeds in the late of night. Video records of damage they do rarely see the light of day. We need your help.

Juries: Anyone who sits on a jury owes it to your fellow man to be informed about all aspects of DUI. For too long, The prosecution has held the advantage by knowing every law, court procedure and tricks in the book. Through knowledge and education, they can be beat back. No longer should you allow lives to hang on a simple number. Peoples lives are worth more than that. There are victims on both sides!

Defense Strategies: We will develop defense strategies to assist all of you in the courtroom, in your efforts to even the playing field. Some may be theoretical and will have to be litigated and reported back to here. It is sad to refer to this as a game but it truly boils down to little more than a game played between two sides. And the game has been pretty much fixed, for the most part. But as a defendant, your life and quality of life, perhaps the rest of your life hangs in the balance! Defendants, you owe it to yourselves as well as those who stand in line behind you, to become more knowledgeable than your opposition in order to fight and fight hard … and win!
